NWC Build Lab sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have opted in. Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling and project status updates, responses to inquiries, and occasional service offers and follow-ups.
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on this website and submitting your mobile number, by texting us first, or by giving verbal or written consent to a member of our team. The consent checkbox on our forms is not pre-selected, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending messages to that number. If you want to rejoin later, opt in again using any of the methods above.

Carrier and delivery disclaimer. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and to network availability.

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to it. The content, marks, and design of this site belong to NWC Build Lab and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Pricing, scope, and schedule are established only in a written proposal or construction agreement signed by both parties. Any conflict between this site and a signed agreement is resolved in favor of the signed agreement.
