This Privacy Policy explains how NWC Build Lab ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information you provide through nwcbuildlab.com, our contact forms, our phone line, and our text messaging program.

  • Project information you choose to share — scope, timeline, budget range, and any notes you add to a form.

Text messaging (SMS/MMS)

If you provide your mobile number and give consent, we may contact you by text message. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message from us.

Mobile information and consent are never shared for marketing.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers who operate our systems on our behalf — such as our CRM, messaging, email, scheduling, and hosting vendors — and only to the extent needed to perform those services for us.
  • Trade partners and subcontractors directly involved in delivering your project, where necessary to complete the work.
  • Legal and regulatory disclosures where required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of people or property.

As stated above, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing described in this section, other than to subcontractors providing support services on our behalf.

Data retention

We retain contact and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy legal, tax, warranty, and insurance requirements. Opt-out records are retained indefinitely so that we can honor your request permanently.

Your choices and rights

  • Text messages — reply STOP to any message to stop all further messages.
  • Email — use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us directly.
  • Access, correction, and deletion — you may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to our legal retention obligations.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
